🏠 2/3-Bed Semi/Detached Property – From £720 to £1,200
These homes typically have straightforward rooflines and standard access. The lower end covers properties with light to moderate moss, while heavier moss coverage, steeper pitches, or additional obstacles may push the cost closer to the upper range. This price includes a full manual scrape, biocide treatment, and gutter clearance. Many homes in Crawley, Horsham, and Burgess Hill fall into this bracket.
🏡 4-Bed Semi/Detached Property – From £1,200 to £2,000
Larger homes with more surface area or awkward access, especially those with conservatories or dormers, require more time and labour. We take extra care around roof details, and these jobs typically involve additional guttering work and a more thorough biocide soak to ensure lasting results. Homes of this size are common in Haywards Heath, Worthing, and Eastbourne.
🏘 5/6-Bed Semi/Detached Property – From £2,800 to £4,000
These premium-tier cleans are for expansive homes with significant roof area, complex layouts, or high levels of moss buildup. The job may require tower scaffolding, safety line systems, and additional manpower. This includes multi-stage scraping, deep biocide treatment, full gutter and drainage clearances, and photo documentation. These properties are often found in Brighton’s suburbs, Chichester, or along the coast.
