25-Year EPDM Roof Guarantee – Skyhawk Flat Roofing

At Skyhawk Flat Roofing, we take pride in delivering high-quality EPDM roofing installations. Our work is backed by two levels of protection:

25-Year Manufacturer’s Guarantee – The EPDM membrane is covered by the manufacturer against material defects.
1-Year Workmanship Guarantee – Our installation is covered against defects in workmanship for 12 months from the date of completion.

Scope of Guarantee

The EPDM membrane is warranted by the manufacturer against material failure for 25 years.
Our workmanship guarantee covers any installation defects for 1 year from the completion date.

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by:

External Impact – Storm damage (e.g., falling tiles, trees), lightning, fire, hurricanes, earthquakes, or other natural disasters.
Accidental or Deliberate Damage – Punctures, vandalism, or third-party interference.
Structural Movement – Issues caused by subsidence, shifting, or defects in the building’s structure.
Chemical Exposure – Contact with oils, fuels, solvents, or other substances that degrade the membrane.
Poor Maintenance – Damage resulting from blocked gutters, debris buildup, or failure to maintain drainage.

The 1-year workmanship guarantee covers any issues arising from our installation but does not cover product failure.
If a defect is suspected, a site inspection fee of £250 + VAT will apply, refundable if the claim is valid.
In the event of a valid manufacturer claim, replacement membrane only will be supplied. Labour, additional materials, and associated costs are not covered under this guarantee.
The guarantee is only valid for the original property owner and is non-transferable.
Regular maintenance and inspections are recommended to prevent avoidable damage.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
