We’re looking for an enthusiastic apprentice/Labourer to join our team and learn all aspects of flat roofing and EPDM installation. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to grow and develop in the roofing industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Skilled Roofer with Experience in Flat Roofing & EPDM
Location: Crawley, Horsham, East Grinstead & surrounding areas
We need an experienced roofer skilled in flat roofing and EPDM installation. You’ll be responsible for roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Installing and repairing flat roofs using EPDM and other roofing materials.

Ensuring all roofing work complies with safety standards and regulations.

Conducting roof inspections and assessments.

Performing repairs and ongoing maintenance on existing roofs.

Managing job sites and ensuring the timely completion of projects.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in flat roofing and EPDM installation.

Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

A full UK driving license (preferred).
Roof Care Plan Engineer
Location: Crawley, Horsham, East Grinstead & surrounding areas
We are looking for a Roof Care Plan Engineer to conduct roof inspections, gutter cleaning, temporary repairs, and drone surveys. You’ll assess roof conditions, provide immediate repairs, and offer estimates for long-term solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Conducting roof inspections and providing detailed reports.

Carrying out drone surveys and capturing high-resolution images/videos.

Cleaning gutters and ensuring proper drainage systems are in place.

Performing temporary roof repairs to prevent further damage.
-
Generating estimates for permanent repairs and coordinating with the client.

Offering professional advice on roof maintenance and care.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in roof inspections, gutter cleaning, and temporary repairs.

Familiarity with drone surveying (training may be provided).

Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers.

A good understanding of EPDM roofing and flat roofing systems.

A full UK driving license (required).
