Craig, with his 20+ years of experience in the roofing and building trade, oversees all technical aspects of the roofing work at Skyhawk Flat Roofing. Craig’s journey started in the family business as a master builder, where he gained years of hands-on experience working in all aspects of the building trade. Over time, he discovered his passion for roofing and became the company’s Lead Roofing Engineer.
Craig’s expertise spans a wide range of roofing aspects, including tiled roofs, flat roofs, skylights, Velux windows, repairs, and chimney building, working on both listed buildings and new builds. His wide skill set and ability to adapt to challenges make him a go-to expert for all roofing needs.
Having worked on contracts in London, Craig has extensive experience working with councils, carrying out roof surveys, gutter cleaning, and roof repairs using various access equipment like cherry pickers, scaffolding, and more. This hands-on experience has honed his ability to handle even the most complex roofing challenges.
As a company, Skyhawk Flat Roofing chose to specialize in rubber EPDM roofs because we believe they are far superior to other products on the market.
Craig is trained and has experience working with other materials such as GRP fiberglass, felt, and tiled roof materials.
Chris brings a wealth of experience to Skyhawk Flat Roofing, having been deeply involved in business management and marketing. Before diving into the world of roofing, Chris owned one of South London’s largest mobile events businesses, where he honed his skills in logistics, customer service, and business operations. He also worked as a mobile vehicle diagnostician and area manager for one of the UK’s leading motor vehicle breakdown services, managing teams and ensuring smooth operations across large areas.
Chris was always hands-on with property renovation, which sparked his passion for the building trade. Over the years, Chris has gained a deep understanding of systems, processes, business development, and marketing, which he uses to help Skyhawk Flat Roofing run efficiently and grow. His diverse background allows him to offer strategic insight into every project while ensuring top-tier customer service and business operations.
David has been a master builder for over 60 years. He previously ran his own company in South London, where he had a large contract with Merton Council, servicing all properties in Merton and St Helier. With a team of over 40 staff, David’s business was known for its quality and reliability.
Now retired, David takes a backseat role, offering expert advice on technical challenges and providing strategic guidance to ensure we stay on track with the high standards he helped set. His years of experience and deep knowledge make him an integral part of our team.
